Job Summary

Assisting with the analysis of business user needs, the full-time remote Business Analyst will translate requirements into functional specifications, manage changes, and support the full systems life cycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business user needs to assess technical feasibility and solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes
• Develop technical documentation including designs, specifications, processes, and workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years of professional experience or 5 years of support experience
• Experience with full systems life cycle processes
• Ability to assist with technical designs and specifications
• Familiarity with quality assurance and testing methods
