Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic business initiatives, the full-time Business Analyst II will analyze complex processes, lead Agile teams in documenting requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, with the option for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead thorough analyses of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential projects, focusing on strategic alignment and impact

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with 4+ years in business analysis or similar roles
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Proficiency in writing queries and selecting large data sets using SQL or similar tools
• Ability to mentor and guide junior business analysts
• Results-oriented self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
