Business Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting in the formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives, the full-time remote Business Analyst will conduct business process analyses, coordinate testing efforts, and support operational solutions aligned with business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate activities and performance within specific areas for workflow simplification and prepare reports for management
• Coordinate testing and debugging of software, developing formal test plans to ensure quality application delivery
• Research system problems, formulate solutions, and assist in defining business requirements and leading small to moderate projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of job-related experience or an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience)
• 2 years of job-related business systems analysis, research, and/or customer support experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of business support and systems concepts
• Fundamental understanding of user acceptance test plans, project plans, and how implementations affect organizational processes
