Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the USDA Client Experience Center, the full-time remote Business Analyst will conduct enterprise-level business and process analysis, lead requirements gathering, and develop sustainable improvements to enhance service delivery across the Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate gaps in existing processes and develop sustainable improvements and standards
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business requirements into documented system processes and workflows
• Provide subject matter expertise for planning, reporting, and managing process improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or IT service management
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow documentation
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and enterprise process improvement methodologies
• Ability to develop visually descriptive process maps and management level summaries
• Experience analyzing metrics, benchmarking, and developing performance measures
