Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development of a directorate-wide financial and project management system, the full-time Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and ensure successful implementation of new features.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and create clear epics and user stories to deliver business value
• Document business processes through workflow diagrams and collaborate on wireframe designs
• Act as a product subject matter expert in an agile environment, supporting the software development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Information Technology and a BA or BS in a related field
• Proficiency in creating user journeys, wireframes, and mockups
• Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in scrum activities
• Understanding of business process redesign and improvement techniques
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a government clearance
