Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Digital Tools discovery and ETL migration to SAP S/4HANA, the contract Business Analyst will manage application assessments, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and assist in migration planning while working remotely or onsite in Houston or California.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and assessment of digital tools, applications, and integrations across Manufacturing and Asset Management organizations
• Support the development and maintenance of application migration and modernization roadmaps associated with the SAP S/4HANA transformation
• Coordinate integration testing activities and assist with training and deployment preparation for user adoption

Required qualifications

• Experience with application discovery, assessment, and rationalization processes
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and related technology architecture
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews for documentation of business processes
• Strong background in project management methodologies, preferably Agile
• Experience in developing assessment reports and executive communications
