Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting key Workday functional areas, the full-time remote Business Analyst will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business needs and translating them into effective Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with university stakeholders to understand business objectives and document requirements
• Support Workday business processes and recommend improvements in collaboration with technical teams
• Analyze current and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience for the Advanced Professional level or 6+ years for the Senior Professional level
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools and requirements management software
