Job Summary

To support a transformative transportation initiative, the temporary Business Analyst will work remotely, focusing on optimizing resource allocation, preparing multi-market supply health reports, and driving special projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of comprehensive multi-market supply health reports, transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
• Drive the execution of high-impact special projects focused on scaling operations and enhancing overall efficiency
• Provide essential support for demand planning initiatives, contributing to accurate resource forecasting and allocation

Required qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a business analyst, consulting, engineering, or data-driven program manager role
• Demonstrated ability to analyze disparate data sources, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
