Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis, this role will manage requirements gathering, document business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to support a strategic Shared Services Transformation initiative while adhering to PST hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholder groups
• Document current-state and future-state business processes, creating process maps and workflow diagrams
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Process Analyst experience
• Experience within healthcare
• Proven experience leading requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
• Strong process mapping and business documentation skills
• Experience coordinating or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
