Job Summary

To support a strategic initiative focused on AI and digital transformation, the full-time Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, document business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Analyze current and future-state business processes to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate Agile delivery activities
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management and communication activities

Required qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
Strong experience in Agile and Scrum delivery environments
Expertise in business process analysis and requirements management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification preferred
