Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between the Research Office and the ITS Research Administration Applications team, providing business process solutions and technical support while managing documentation and project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis, and product testing
• Manage written communications between stakeholders and internal business units
• Coordinate system testing and assist with the Research Office research administration lifecycle process

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• A minimum of four years of experience in implementing business practices, gathering requirements, and working in an IT field
• Equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
