Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting technology-enabled business initiatives, the remote Business Analyst will elicit, document, and validate business requirements while collaborating with Project Managers and IT teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals in a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements while maintaining traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze current-state workflows to identify improvement opportunities and define future-state processes aligned with regulatory needs
• Facilitate workshops and act as a liaison between business and technical teams to communicate requirements and impacts clearly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or enterprise initiatives
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
