Job Summary

Supporting Sparksoft's DSH Project, the full-time remote Business Analyst will solicit and document health insurance marketplace needs, research market trends, and collaborate with development teams to create functional specifications and test developed functionalities.

Key responsibilities

• Document business requirements, processes, and workflows for health insurance marketplace needs
• Research market trends and collaborate with developers to create functional specifications and perform testing
• Manage interactions with federal agencies to document interface requirements and facilitate integration testing activities

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the health care environment
• 3 years of experience working in an agile environment, particularly in the health care domain
• Strong knowledge of managing product build teams
• Demonstrated experience delivering similar engagements
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
