Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time temporary Business Analyst will partner with internal customers to determine information needs, develop reports, and maintain databases while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with internal customers to identify data and information needs for business decisions and develops custom reports
- Maintains the integrity of internal databases and retrieves data from various sources to ensure accuracy and usability
- Produces statistical analyses and presents actionable recommendations based on the data gathered
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in business, insurance, mathematics, or a related field
- Knowledge of business and insurance policies, procedures, and customer service concepts
- Familiarity with product terminology, processes, and regulatory compliance issues
- Experience in business analysis and intelligence
- Ability to operate business software applications for data retrieval and reporting
