Business Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytical and technical support to Sales and Marketing teams, the remote Business Analyst will develop and maintain Power BI reporting solutions, evaluate performance against sales goals, and identify trends and risks within company data.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Power BI and data-related inquiries across the organization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to gather business requirements and develop effective BI tools
• Identify and communicate meaningful trends, performance patterns, and risks to relevant teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a business-related environment
• At least two years of experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar software
• Strong understanding of DAX fundamentals or equivalent experience in Tableau, SQL, or similar software
• Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint lists, and SQL is a plus
