Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the transition of the enterprise knowledge management system from Mentor to OpenText, the contract Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure readiness for migration in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the knowledge management system transition, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and migration readiness activities
• Facilitate discovery sessions and interviews to capture functional and workflow requirements from business and content authoring teams
• Document current-state processes and translate stakeholder needs into business requirements and user stories for migration planning

Required qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst in technology or content management initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong facilitation skills for leading discovery sessions and cross-functional meetings
• Experience with system migration or platform implementation projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and requirements documentation tools
