Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the migration of an enterprise knowledge management system, the temporary Business Analyst will drive requirements gathering, document process flows, and facilitate stakeholder communication while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison to content authoring groups, communicating OpenText features and gathering operational needs
- Facilitate discovery sessions to document current and future-state authoring workflows, permissions, and user stories
- Assist in mapping content inventories and validation criteria for the migration from Mentor to OpenText
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst in platform implementations or system migrations
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and producing user stories with acceptance criteria
- Strong facilitation and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational skills for tracking risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
