Business Analyst
Job Summary
To drive business process improvements, the full-time remote Business Analyst will develop, research, and implement system changes while acting as a subject matter expert to document business impacts and requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and document business process changes and their impacts
- Conduct interviews and research to gather stakeholder requirements
- Provide training and post-implementation support for new procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research, and analytics
- Experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
- Proficiency in business process analytics using Excel and flowcharting
- Understanding of IT systems and their impacts on business processes
