Business Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner to the Revenue Operations organization, the full-time remote Business Analyst will analyze business performance, optimize revenue processes, and enhance CRM data quality while developing actionable insights to support informed decision-making across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting while analyzing business performance
- Support pipeline governance and forecast reviews, monitoring opportunity progression and identifying data quality gaps
- Serve as a subject matter expert for CRM data quality and process governance, recommending improvements to enhance reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical roles
- Strong experience analyzing business performance and developing executive reporting
- Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with business intelligence platforms
