Business Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for the accurate intake and interpretation of regulatory and functional requirements, the full-time Business Analyst will coordinate with stakeholders to support systems solutions development and maintenance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and maintains requirement documents to ensure alignment with regulatory and health plan requirements
- Conducts analysis to identify root causes and assists with problem management while communicating changes to stakeholders
- Engages with operations leadership to review compliance issues and builds Virtual Instructor-Led Training sessions in the Learning Management System
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a managed care organization, health insurance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the Office Product Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Previous success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
