Business Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with Product Owners and engineers, the full-time remote Business Analyst will support the digital life insurance platform by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and facilitating discussions to improve efficiency and business results.
Key responsibilities
- Work with Product Owners, engineers, and business partners to support product improvements and initiatives
- Build and maintain requirements, process documentation, workflows, and user stories
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the life insurance industry
- Experience supporting Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of business processes, system integrations, and enterprise technology environments
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile work management tools preferred
