Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Business Analyst will manage and improve processes and applications while collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on solutions for client, broker, and TPA requests while leading process discovery and task creation
- Document and transition business processes to CRM and BI systems, ensuring clear communication with IT developers
- Coordinate agile project teams and manage small to medium projects, promoting the adoption of standardized business processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in business analytics with a strong understanding of business processes
- Demonstrated experience in Agile/Sprint Planning project management methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL for self-service analysis or quality assurance
- Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau for data visualization and analysis
