Business Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with stakeholders, the full-time Business Analyst will analyze business processes, document requirements, and support solution design and implementation activities while working remotely or from various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and actionable recommendations
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions and support activities such as AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, backlog refinement, and UAT/SIT support
- Ensure technology solutions align with operational objectives through effective documentation and communication
Required qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Three or more years of professional experience in business analysis and requirements documentation
- Experience in stakeholder facilitation and Agile delivery
- Familiarity with testing support and solution design support
