Business Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with Product Owners, engineers, and business partners, the full-time remote Business Analyst will identify needs, gather and document requirements, and analyze business processes to support the digital life insurance platform and enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to support product improvements and pivotal initiatives
- Build and maintain requirements, process documentation, workflows, and user stories
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience within the life insurance industry is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience supporting Agile teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile work management tools preferred
