Job Summary
To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Early Career Business Analyst will work remotely to analyze client needs, collaborate with technical teams, and document business processes while enhancing technical skills in software applications.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts to make client recommendations for improving business processes
- Translate client business needs into simpler language for technical teams and document systems requirements
- Build basic conceptual data and process models to assess the impact of system changes
Required qualifications
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and programming concepts
- Foundational experience with Excel, SQL, or other requirements management tools through coursework or internships
- Interest in learning business processes and Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions
- Exposure to data management concepts and supporting reference data updates
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn data governance and compliance requirements
