Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the analysis and implementation of technology solutions, the full-time remote Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, analyze processes for improvement, and conduct user acceptance testing across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements and workflows
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
- Develop and execute test plans, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or quality assurance
- Experience in gathering requirements and documenting workflows
- Experience with healthcare operations, EMR systems, or system integrations preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Visio
