Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting business consulting efforts, the full-time Business Analyst will analyze data, design reports, and provide strategic advisory services to clients in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Transform business needs into solutions by presenting issues, solutions, and options to team members and clients
- Analyze data, design reports, and validate problems and solutions through data collection and summarization
- Collaborate with staff and clients at all levels, managing multiple projects and reporting progress regularly
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 1 to 3 years of relevant business experience in a client-facing role
- Experience with data analysis tools, particularly Excel and Power BI
- Previous project experience is preferred
- Familiarity with the utility or consulting industries is beneficial but not mandatory
