Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business process improvements, the full-time remote Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document user and technical requirements while ensuring successful user acceptance testing and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with user needs
• Manage user acceptance testing processes, including documentation and verification of test plans
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in systems and processes, developing solutions for low complexity technical challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality deliverables on time
• Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
