Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support client engagement and project success, the remote Business Analyst will manage communication with client MSP accounts, lead discovery sessions to document requirements, and advise on best-practice solutions while collaborating with Technical Consultants and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client MSP accounts, managing ongoing communication, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead discovery sessions and client meetings to gather and document requirements, translating business needs into actionable specifications
• Advise clients on standard functionality versus custom builds, guiding them toward solutions that maximize value

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, requirements analyst, or client-facing consulting role within SaaS, fintech, or professional services
• Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings independently and translate business needs into actionable plans
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
