Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will collaborate with the FSA Product Owner and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, support Agile development processes, and manage product backlog prioritization for the IAM modernization project.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and user requirements
- Conduct user research using Human-Centered Design practices to define sprint scopes
- Assist in managing change requests and ensure alignment with FSA priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe preferred)
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or similar
- Strong ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria
