Business Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven and analytical Business Analyst, the full-time remote position focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting solution delivery for a leading Telecom and Managed Services Provider.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimized process flows
- Conduct data analysis and develop reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Telecom or Managed Services industry
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, or Confluence
- Knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools is a plus
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
