Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting technology initiatives remotely, the full-time Business Analyst will gather requirements, analyze processes, and facilitate project execution to ensure alignment with IT and PMO standards.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with PMO and business units to analyze operational needs and improvement opportunities
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and data analysis
- 0 - 12 months of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with the Symitar core platform and other financial system tools
- Working knowledge of IT, Business Analyst, and PMO methodologies
