Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support client programs, the full-time remote Business Analyst will manage program efficiency, collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, and implement automation solutions to enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing program workflows to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for client programs
- Implement data management practices and automate processes to improve program efficiency and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in professional services or program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Smartsheet and iManage
- Experience with process mapping and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
