Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will own requirements for Go Outdoors hunt and fish products, leading stakeholder engagements and ensuring clarity for development teams to enhance user experiences during peak seasons.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead interviews and workshops to gather and document comprehensive business requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owners to shape user stories and acceptance criteria for backlog refinement
- Produce and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and process diagrams to clearly communicate business needs
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis within a technology product or services organization
- Proven ability to independently gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Experience in backlog refinement and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Proficiency with Agile tools and process documentation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity to identify root causes of issues
