Business Analyst
Job Summary
Motivated and customer-oriented, the full-time Business Analyst will lead complex projects, evaluate IT developments, and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects with notable risk and complexity, developing strategies for execution and resource allocation
- Evaluate new IT developments and business requirements to recommend system alternatives and enhancements
- Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to analyze and prioritize complex business requirements for HR systems, focusing on Oracle ERP HR modules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role
- Experience with Oracle ERP HR modules (e.g., Oracle EBS HRMS, Oracle Cloud HCM)
- Familiarity with system design, requirements gathering, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience with project management methodologies
