Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time Business Analyst will identify implementation barriers, conduct user acceptance testing, and enhance operational reports while working remotely across various states.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and improve existing processes to support business objectives
- Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects and recommend business solutions for successful implementations
- Coordinate with business units to develop and deliver training programs and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of business process analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or claims payment
- Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies and claims payment systems
- Experience with structured testing and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL scripting and claims systems such as Amisys preferred
