Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support operating and financial decisions across a national telehealth platform, the full-time Business Analyst will work remotely to analyze data, build models, and provide insights on patient volume, provider capacity, and client performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their analytical needs and perform agreed-upon analyses
• Utilize SQL to extract, reconcile, and validate data from multiple sources while building forecasts and business cases
• Analyze trends in patient volume and revenue cycle performance, presenting recommendations based on findings

Required qualifications

• A degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field, with a detailed model or analysis project to discuss
• Working knowledge of SQL and strong spreadsheet skills
• Ability to navigate incomplete information and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in building forecasts and scenario models using operational and financial data
• Comfort with using AI and automation while ensuring independent validation of work
