Job Summary
Proactively investigating channel performance, the full-time remote Staff Business Analyst will build statistical models and analyze data to optimize offline and direct mail marketing strategies while communicating insights to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Investigate channel performance and business questions without waiting for requests
- Build models to support decision-making for offline and direct mail efforts
- Develop dashboards to monitor and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science
- 3+ years of experience with BI reporting tools like Hex or Mode
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL
- Experience building statistical or predictive models
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model-building
