Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Business Analyst will support business strategies by eliciting requirements from cross-functional teams, defining solutions, providing training, and managing sprint activities to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop specifications through participation in project teams or meetings with internal/external customers for smaller projects and ad hoc requests
• Interpret data, identify trends, and create data visualizations to present information to customers in clear and useful formats
• Prepare sprint cycles and stories, participate in sprint planning sessions, and lead work prioritization sessions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three years of relevant experience
• Experience in business process mapping and project management
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
