Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Customer Data Management (CDM) Team, the full-time Business Analyst will manage data exchange implementations, collaborate with internal partners and customers, and ensure data accuracy and integration in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and review data requirements with customers, offering alternatives for data concerns
- Coordinate data loads into administration systems and promote data integrations to production status
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer onboarding activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Text, CSV, and fixed-width file formats
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in data integration projects
- Knowledge of Group Insurance products and Compass Administration system is highly desired
- Technical skills in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with APIs and SSO are preferred
