Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support high-priority GRQ legacy applications, the full-time Business Analyst will reverse-engineer and document requirements, develop comprehensive test cases, and facilitate accessibility gap analysis, primarily working remotely with one required on-site visit each month.
Key responsibilities
- Reverse-engineer and document current requirements using AI-assisted code analysis
- Develop requirements-based test cases and traceability matrices linking findings to business processes
- Facilitate WCAG 2.2 accessibility gap analysis and validate fixes against business needs
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a 4-year college degree in a related field
- Experience in reverse-engineering legacy applications to document requirements
- Proficiency in developing user stories, process flows, and data flow diagrams
- Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting requirements and test cases
- Experience with Azure DevOps for requirements tracking and test case documentation
