Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will support business strategies by eliciting requirements from cross-functional teams, defining solutions, providing training, and managing sprint activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop specifications through participation in project teams or meetings with customers for smaller projects and ad hoc requests
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to discover needs and proactively offer options and solutions
- Prepare sprint cycles and stories, and lead work prioritization sessions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of relevant experience
- Experience in data visualization and interpretation of information
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely to customers
- Familiarity with analytic techniques to meet business user needs
