Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support critical legacy applications, the full-time Business Analyst will reverse-engineer and document requirements, develop comprehensive test cases, and facilitate accessibility gap analysis while primarily working remotely with monthly on-site meetings in Harrisburg, PA.
Key responsibilities:
- Reverse-engineer legacy applications to document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Develop comprehensive requirements-based test cases and traceability matrices linking findings to business processes
- Facilitate WCAG 2.2 accessibility gap analysis and validate fixes against business needs
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a 4-year college degree in a related field
- Experience in reverse-engineering legacy applications and developing user stories and process flows
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for work item management and test case documentation
- Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting requirements and validating content accuracy
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
