Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading assigned projects for the Underwriting and Claims departments, the full-time Business Analyst 2 will develop solutions in Low Code environments, write detailed project documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors in a hybrid work setting based in Duluth, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and implements projects in Low Code environments
• Acts as a subject matter expert for third-party applications and leads user testing
• Writes detailed project documentation, including business and functional requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in MIS, or equivalent business experience
• 3-5 years of progressive analysis or information systems experience
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent business and technical experience
• Experience in developing within a Low Code environment such as Firelight or Pega
• Ability to read, create, and document business rules in various programming languages is a plus
