Business Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with the Product Owner, the contract Business Analyst will assess business needs, elicit requirements, and create user stories to maintain a prioritized Product Backlog, all while working remotely within a cross-functional Agile Scrum Team.
Key responsibilities
- Drive requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews and research, translating complex business needs into actionable user stories
- Maintain an organized product backlog, capturing evolving requirements and adjusting priorities as necessary
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies and support the Product Owner in establishing goals for product development and success metrics
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retirement industry or financial services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SQL and MS Office applications
