Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support NASA's mission through the eMITS contract, the remote Business Analyst will manage comprehensive lifecycle support for ADS customer service-level agreements (SLAs), including developing automated workflows, maintaining agreement templates, and delivering performance dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end lifecycle support for ADS SLA processes, including the creation and maintenance of standardized agreement templates
• Develop and deploy automated workflows that streamline agreement activities and ensure compliance with NASA policies
• Deliver real-time visibility into agreement performance through automated dashboards and reporting tools

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of five years of relevant working experience
• Three years' experience with workflow automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience with form-builders or intake tools like Power Apps or equivalent platforms
• Competence in managing structured data using tools like Excel, Power Query, or SQL-based systems
• Experience with ticketing and service management systems such as ServiceNow and Jira
