Business Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams, the contract Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, identify process improvements, and support critical applications in a local or remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions
- Support and maintain assigned business applications, managing small enhancements and development efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience, including requirements gathering and application support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation as needed
