Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a modernization initiative for a federal client, the full-time Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, analyze workflows, and facilitate the transition to real-time, automated data exchange in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to capture current-state processes and define target-state workflows
- Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development and testing teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT modernization or software delivery projects
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, including user stories and process flows
- Familiarity with API-based integration platforms and cloud/serverless architectures
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
