Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support department-level analytics and reporting tasks, the remote contract Business Analyst will seek opportunities for improvement, manage participant operational relationships, and coordinate compliance processes for financial services partners.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the department
- Provide daily support for issuers and partners, addressing complex operational issues
- Manage and coordinate the certification and compliance processes for participants
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in payments, financial services, or a related field
- Alternatively, 4+ years of relevant experience may substitute for education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Salesforce.com, and Tableau
