Business Analyst
Job Summary
Transforming business ideas into technology solutions, the full-time Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop user stories, and support Agile delivery, with the option for remote work available in several states.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with product owners to translate business objectives into actionable requirements and backlog items
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business processes and document workflows and system requirements
- Support Agile ceremonies and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; education in Business Analysis or Software Development is a plus
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software solution implementation
- Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Azure DevOps
